Garden of Goodness

Staying true to Sanitarium’s vision of environmentally responsible business, we created The Garden of Goodness; a living terrarium of real plants for our desirable morsels to be plucked. People could walk through the green environment, sample the creations, and pick directly from trees, vines and edible soil. No preservatives, additives or emulsifying agents – just natural plants, colours and plant milks. We also pioneered innovative techniques to produce in bulk and remain stable in an unrefrigerated environment, something completely new on this scale. The user journey followed a clear visual path designed around the flavour profiles of our six dishes using the natural colours of each creation to aesthetically tell one story yet deliver a completely unexpected one. Complex and intriguing flavours for the middle of the journey, while beginning and ending the experience with sweet dishes to round off the palette.
